Inflatable Challenge Race: Fun for all ages!

The Colonial School District Education Foundation's Inflatable Challenge features a two-mile course that contains four inflatable obstacles, field day & boot camp challenges, a lap around the new baseball field and more! 

Course will be open from noon to 2 p.m.

Packet pick up will be in the new PWHS gymnasium.

Entry: $5 Per Child/$10 Per Adult. Participants must be at least 36 inches tall.

Race proceeds will go back into Colonial classrooms through the CSDEF Annual Fund, providing resources in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) and supporting programs that promote student success, like AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination).

Baseline Athletic Testing

Athletes can participate in a combine-style test that gives them data on individual speed, agility and power!

Volunteer for Foundation Day

Help the Colonial School District Education Foundation host a successful Foundation Day at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School as a volunteer! Opportunities include set-up to clean-up and everything in between (helping with the Inflatable Challenge, vendor room, food trucks, checking in participants, handing out swag bags and more)!

Choose a volunteer time slot that works for your schedule. You can also choose to be indoors or outdoors.

In most cases, 8th grade and up is the appropriate age for volunteering! Our committee will match volunteers to needed jobs.

Be a Foundation Day Vendor

Craftsperson/Home-Based Business

Craftsperson/home-based Business: $50/Table

  • Tables are assigned at the discretion of Colonial School District Education Foundation (CSDEF) and will be guaranteed only after payment is received.
  • A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made more than two weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be given after that.
  • The CSDEF will not be responsible for any damage or loss to vendor’s merchandise or property while on the premises.
  • There will be NO storage of merchandise on the premises at any time.
  • Vendors will be responsible for their own cash or credit card transactions.
  • Vendors are expected to conduct their business according to the law, including law governing the sale of counterfeit consumer goods (“knock-offs”).
  • Vendors agree to remove all merchandise/property promptly within one hour after the close of the event.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own liability and property damage insurance and are required to sign a Colonial School District Liability Release form.

The Colonial School District is an award-winning school district recognized for academic achievements, athletics, extra-curricular activities, high-quality teachers and staff. The money raised from Foundation Day will directly support the CSDEF Annual Fund initiatives of STEAM and AVID that provide Colonial’s children with innovative technology resources and provide secondary students in the academic middle with the tools to change “if they go to college” to “when they go to college.”
