DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) is now EIB (Equity, Inclusion, Belonging)!
The Pennsylvania Department of Education changed the title of the initiative to help clarify the purpose, intention, and need for equity, inclusion, and belonging in educational spaces.

Hip Hop Fundamentals entertained and educated with its presentation about civil rights.
To kick off Colonial's Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging professional development, Brandon Cummings of the School District of Philadelphia led discussions and activities centered on identity and perception.
Assembly shows students how to create rhythms and express themselves through the art of stepping.
Elementary schoolers read about being unique and learned how to change the way they see differences.
Between an author’s visit and a video reading, students learn about different perspectives and being kind.
Each class formed a Chinese dancing dragon and paraded through the school, wishing their friends and teachers “Gung hay fat choy!”
