Thank you, thank you, Ridge Park Families! Our food drive was a big success! Your generosity, once again, was overwhelming, even in these unprecedented times. We are still counting and we will let you know the final number of collected items soon.

Its time to order a Ridge Park Yearbook! This year's yearbook is AWESOME! Parents, teachers and staff have been submitting awesome pictures so we can always remember this different and special year. I would highly encourage everyone to buy a copy so your kids can look back and remember this crazy, unique year. Colonial nurses are finding new ways to complete the state-mandated health screenings, including height, weight and vision for all students.
The Library is open for book circulation! If your student would like to borrow a book, please fill out the attached Library Book Request Form. Mrs. Farrington will do her best to select some books your child will enjoy!

Is your child going to be age 5 by September 15? Then it's time to start thinking about kindergarten registration!

Congratulations to Nate Schindler, Brandon Butler, Zach Barrie, Abby Boegner, Inyah Hewitt, and Bella Scarola for bringing home first place honors at the state competition.

The Tall Storyteller performed stories crafted from African heritage and woven with themes including cultural diversity, healing, conflict resolution, and humor.

Third graders delivered handmade cards and a birthday crown to Nancy Sievert and then sang "Happy Birthday" to their friend, who once worked at the school.

Colonial students share how they "find themselves" in the pages of a book to reflect the 2021 RAA theme, "celebrating a nation of diverse readers."

The 100th day of school provides an opportunity for classroom celebrations and to reinforce what the students are learning.

Dean Suchsland and Alexander Szperka were honored at the Feb. 18, 2021 School Board meeting for their achievement.
