Colonial Middle School receives donation from Bergey’s Chevrolet of Plymouth Meeting

Bergey’s Chevrolet has generously donated $2,000 to the Colonial Middle School to support student athletics and broader school initiatives.
General Manager Craig Morein and Inventory Manager Maria Marshall recently visited the school to present the donation in person. The contribution will be split evenly, with $1,000 allocated to the athletic department and $1,000 going to the school's general fund.
“One of our core values as a corporation is that we want to be active and effective in our community,” said Mr. Morein. “What better place can we do that than at a school?”
The donation was made through the Colonial School District Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds for supporting Colonial students, teachers, and schools.
“We’re incredibly grateful to Bergey’s Chevrolet for their generosity and commitment to our students,” said Annette Swartz, President of the Foundation. “This donation will have a direct and positive impact both in and out of the classroom.”
