Introducting EZSchoolPay for online management of student lunch purchases
My School Bucks is now EZSchoolPay! With the start of the 2025-26 school year, the Food & Nutrition Services Department will be accepting online payments for school lunches through a platform that is more streamlined and less expensive for families to use.
Key benefits of the new system include:
- Lower transaction fees for families – $2.75 per transaction with EZ School Pay compared to the current $3.50 with My School Bucks
- Real-time payment processing, eliminating the delay associated with daily data syncs
- No cap on the number of payments per transaction, which can help reduce the overall transaction cost for families with multiple students
- Refunds can be made directly to the credit card on file (instead of check processing/mailing)
- Improved customer support, as EZ School Pay is already used by the Food & Nutrition Services Department, allowing for more direct and efficient assistance when needed
Parents and guardians may set up an account by visiting www.ezschoolpay.com
A few notes:
- Autopay feature: If you enabled this feature in My School Bucks, you will want to disable it. Autopay is available in EZ School Pay as well.
- My School Bucks balances: If you have a balance in your My School Bucks account from the previous school year, it will automatically rollover to your new EZ School Pay account when you create it.
- Free and reduced price lunches: Families who would like to receive free and reduced-price lunches this fall are reminded to complete an application online by clicking here. School breakfasts are free for all students again this year.
- Menus, meals and more: For more information about menus, what makes up a meal, and more from the Food & Nutrition Services Department, please click here.
