Plymouth Whitemarsh High School senior selected for PMEA All-State Chorus

Plymouth Whitemarsh High School senior Ace Cratin has been selected to perform in the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) All-State Chorus in April.
This is the second year in a row that Ace has been selected for a state-level PMEA event. Last year, he performed as Chair 1 on bassoon for the state orchestra. He was honored at the March 23rd School Board meeting for his most recent accomplishment.
To make it to states, a student must audition several times. His first audition led him to be selected for the PMEA District 11 chorus. Following the District 11 concert in January, Ace re-auditioned for Region 6 Chorus and was ranked number one as a tenor from students across Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and Philadelphia counties.
While attending the Region 6 Chorus performance at Bensalem High School in February, Ace passed the re-auditions to make it into PMEA All-State Chorus. He will perform with students from across the state at The Kalahari Resort on Friday, April 24.
