New District Office is open for business

The new District Administration Offices are open at Colonial Elementary School! Families or residents who need to conduct business with us may now make a visit in-person by entering the new office entrance located on the left-hand side of Colonial Elementary School.

The new offices are clearly marked with signage and will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. It’s best to make an appointment in advance with the administrative office representative you hope to meet.

The completion of the new offices represents the final stage of a building project that began in March of 2024. In order to accommodate an influx of students, the district offices once located on the first floor of Colonial Elementary School were converted to new classrooms. Those classrooms opened for use in spring of 2025, while work to convert a portion of the gym to new office spaces continued. Those offices are now open and occupied. 

Visitors may enter the district office through the left-hand side of Colonial Elementary School (when facing the building from Colonial Drive). This separate entrance helps enhance overall safety of the school and offices. There is no access from the district office to the elementary school.

Visitors may also notice that the entrance to Colonial Elementary School is now clearly marked with signage over the doorway, and that there is a digital sign outside to promote upcoming events and other types of school information. 

The final stages of the project will be inspections and taking care of any punch list items.
