Heroes for Nick 5K/Family Walk/Kids Hero Dash - Oct. 12

Registration is open for the Heroes for Nick 5K/Family Walk/Kids Hero Dash on Sunday, Oct. 12. 

Save the date for this event, which is held annually at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School and is organized in part by the high school's Nix Cancer Club. Heroes for Nick raises money for the Nix Cancer Foundation, which supports pediatric cancer patients and their families and was started in honor of former Plymouth Elementary School student Nicholas Mincarelli. 

The Heroes for Nick event will include face painting, games, raffle baskets, and a hot cocoa bar. The Kids’ Hero Dash begins at 10 a.m. and is $15. The 5K race begins at 10:30 a.m. and is $30. The 1-Mile Family Walk begins at 10:45 a.m. and is $20.
