Conshohocken Elementary School students get new wheels for the summer

Conshohocken Elementary School students Jenna Primus and Kyrie Dunmore will start off the summer with a new pair of wheels, thanks to the generosity of the Conshohocken Borough Police Department and the Great American Pub of Conshohocken.

Jenna, a third-grader, and Kyrie, a first-grader, were selected by their teachers to receive the bikes because they have consistently demonstrated respect, responsibility, kindness, and other positive qualities that are part of the school’s Coyote Characteristics.

Conshohocken Police representatives delivered the bikes to the school on June 14 and congratulated the students. The police also stopped by the final week of school to teach students about bike safety, by setting up a course on the playground for students to practice riding. The bikes that were given to Jenna and Kyrie were donated to the police by the Great American Pub.
