Conshohocken Borough - Community Center at the Fel, Mommy & Me Boot Camp

The Borough of Conshohocken Department of Recreation - Mommy & Me Bootcamp!

This is a total body workout designed for moms and babies ages 6 weeks - 1.5 years. You will use your
babies as our equipment and get in a fun & uplifting workout in a safe & supportive environment.
