Plymouth Whitemarsh High School (PWHS) senior Grace Lynch broke the division record and brought home the first place medal at the 2021 Suburban One League (SOL) Liberty Division championships. Her score for 11 dives was 367.75.

Lynch finished her regular season diving career winning 30 of 39 meets, and taking a fourth, two seconds and a first place finish at the Suburban One Diving Championships. She has qualified for the District One Diving Championships all four years.

“Grace has an excellent work ethic. She is a fantastic young lady who will continue to be a huge success in all she wants to achieve in life," said PWHS Diving Coach Dave Stewart. "We definitely have enjoyed her diving talent over the past four years and will miss that as she continues her educational pursuits.”

The District One Championships will take place at North Penn High School on February 20. Lynch will be joined by Michael Flamm, who placed third at the SOL Liberty Division championships.

Suburban One League swimming and diving now includes two conferences and four divisions. PWHS is part of the American Conference Liberty Division that also includes Abington, Hatboro-Horsham, Quakertown, Upper Dublin and Wissahickon.
