Staff Meal Account Request Form

Meals are available by preorder only. Orders must be placed by 10 a.m. Tuesday for pick up on Wednesday. To preorder, please create a Nutrislice account at colonialsd.nutrislice.com/menu/create-account. You may create the account as either parent or student. Simply view the Staff Selections Menu (available at CES, WE, PE, Ridge Park, and Plymouth Whitemarsh Highschool). Add the desired meal to your cart and check-out with your employee ID. Using your employee ID, meals will be charged to your lunch account.  To pay off the charge, you can either bring cash or check to the cafeteria or set up an account on EZ school pay to automatically withdraw funds form your account for purchases.  Visit www.ezschoolpay.com for more information.
