Submit a Facilities Request
Thank you for your interest in Colonial School District facilities. We take great pride in our schools, athletic fields and grounds and are happy to share these resources with our community.
Please complete your request using our online system by following the directions below.
Step 1: Register for an account.
(You only need to do this once.)
First, you need to create a user account within our system.
Once you complete all of the information fields, click the SUBMIT button. You'll receive an email confirmation that your registration is successful.
Step 2: Login and make your request.
Once you've created a user account, simply login with your username and password to access the Facilities Use Request page.
Step 3: Print and sign the Liability Release and Red Flag Policy.
Click here for the Red Flag Policy. Note that the Red Flag Policy is only required when reserving athletic fields in the District.
