  • Colonial Neighborhood Council specifically helps Colonial School District families. It is open Monday to Friday from 5:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Families can go as often as they need. The address is 107 E 4th Ave, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Phone: 610-828-6595. The CNC also has a selection of clothing.

  • ICNA Relief Pennsylvania:
    ICNA Relief Pennsylvania  has multiple Hunger Prevention Programs. You must be registered in advance to receive food on Thursdays or any other food distribution.   • ACALMO:
    ACALMO is a nonprofit community service organization that provides educational programs, social services, and access to health and wellness programs to Latinos and other community members to empower them to fully achieve their life potential.   • LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program):
    To prevent shutoffs, PGW and PECO customers must apply for their assistance programs. PGW customers can enroll by calling 215-235-1000. PECO customers should call 1-800-774-7040 for help with their application. 
  • Mitzvah Circle provides basic material goods, case management, coaching, and referrals to families and individuals in Southeastern Pennsylvania facing poverty, homelessness, serious illness, and difficult circumstances.   • The Norristown Hospitality Center provides daily breakfast, hygiene essentials, mail services, social service referrals, and job training for individuals facing unemployment, homelessness, or poverty.   • The Patrician Society operates a food pantry with distribution on Tuesday and Thursday from 1-3 and a H.U.M.A.N Program (Housing, Utilities, and Miscellaneous Aid for Neighbors) which helps with partial rent, utilities, ID, transportation and uninsured medical expenses.
