Frequently Asked Questions

If you register online, you will receive an auto-generated receipt for your transaction that will serve as confirmation. All registered participants will also receive an email prior to the start of class to confirm the class dates, time, and location. If the class you registered for does not have enough participants and will not run, we will alert you ahead of time. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder for confirmations as they sometimes wind up there.
 

While on the webstore (click here to access: www.colonialsd.org/aes), Gold Card members and CSD employees should select the classes that are marked “GC/EMP” to register at no cost or the discounted rate. When a class meets over several weeks, you get all of the class meetings for free or at the discounted rate. If you decide to take more than one class during a session, we will give you the higher-priced class for free, and ask you to pay for the second class, regardless of Gold Card/Employee status. When registering online, you should select the full-price option for the second class.
 

Most Adult Evening School classes occur at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. The best place to park is in the back of the school between the football stadium and the building. If your class is at another location, use the school’s main lot.
 

Door 19 at the back of Plymouth Whitemarsh High School will be open for Adult Evening School classes. At Colonial Middle School, enter by the gym and cafeteria. At Colonial Elementary School, enter through the main entrance.
 

In the confirmation email that is sent out prior to class, we will provide directions on how to get to your classroom.
 

A class may not display if registration for it has been closed. If you would like to register late, please call (610) 834-1670, ext. 2115 or 2119. Class pricing will not be pro-rated due to missed classes.
 

Please reset your password using the “Forgot Password” option on the site. We advise against creating a second account using a different email address.
