QI GONG is a slow moving form of meditation for health and well-being, through coordination of breath with upper and lower body movement. It may be performed sitting in a chair. *First-time attendees receive a free class. Please wear loose clothing. $10 per week, payable the first week of the month. A portion benefits the library. No registration is required. *Always check with your doctor before starting an exercise program.*
