School breakfast provides an important, nutritious start to the day!

One way to save time and money in those busy morning schedules is to have your child eat breakfast at school. With nutritious options that contain a whole grain, protein, fruit/100% fruit juice and milk, your child will be ready to face the day.Breakfast has been shown to increase attendance, increase the ability to learn, and increase concentration in classes.Since children can stay full and focused, their classroom behavior and academic success is also likely to improve.Eating breakfast is a key factor in decreasing the likelihood of being overweight.
